                               RESOLUTION NO. 19430
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF
                   FALL RIVER, MASSACHUSETTS, RELATIVE TO THE
                   PURCHASE OF LASTA PRESS PARTS AND EQUIPMENT,
                   FOR A CONSIDERATION OF FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND,
                   ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($45,100.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 

       the City of Fall River, Massachusetts, relative to the purchase 
of
       Lasta Press parts and equipment, for a consideration of
       $45,100.00.
